Do you want to take charge of your spinal health? Then… this is the programme for you!

This is a six week programme, delivered by your HCR coach that is going to give you a good foundation – literally from the ground up! – to get you back to health. It’s a programme specifically designed for women (because women are DIFFERENT and need bespoke training!)

We’ll cover whole spine mobility and strength, and over the course, we’ll work together on building resilience in your pelvic core and breath, as well as a toolbox to gain mobility in your WHOLE spine and show you how to put it all together. We’re not guaranteeing you’ll never have another back injury, but we want to show you how to ‘control your controllables’ when it comes to the most common issues women face with back pain.

Week 1:
Whole Spine Warm Up, Focus on Thoracic mobility and breath, Guided Relaxation.

Week 2:
Connecting with your Coccyx and Pelvic Floor, Bowel health & Back Pain strategies

Week 3:
Jaws and Neck Pain  – what can we do?

Week 4:
Hip and Pelvis Strength & Mobility

Week 5:
Focus on Bone Health & Back Pain

Week 6:
Putting it all together – building mobility, calming down the nervous system

Next Course starts April 20th.
Classes will run over the course of 6 weeks, every Tuesday at 19:30 in Zoom. Each class will last around 60-70 minutes.
Classes will be recorded and be available to rewatch at your convenience.

Equipment needed for the course :
Mat, theraband, coregeous/pilates ball, eye pillow, broom like stick, blanket/bath towel, yoga block, 2 tennis balls or massage balls, yoga strap/belt.
